Product scope
At Dock 24, Stock Sinergy evaluates selected vegetable oils, oil fractions, specialty fats, modified oils and oleochemical products for controlled storage. Acceptance is confirmed only after a product-specific technical, customs, safety and operational review.
Authorized product scope
The customs code provides an initial reference for the enquiry. The commercial description, physical characteristics and intended handling conditions are then reviewed together before capacity can be considered.
Final product acceptance is subject to technical, regulatory, safety and customs verification, including product classification, SDS review where applicable and operational compatibility with the terminal infrastructure.
Product families considered
The groupings below help traders, producers and logistics teams identify where an enquiry may fit. They are indicative and do not replace the product-specific assessment.
Selected seed oils, tropical oils, olive-oil fractions and other compatible vegetable oils and fractions within the relevant classifications.
Selected fats, blends, hydrogenated, interesterified or otherwise modified oils, subject to documentation and compatibility review.
Selected industrial fatty acids, acid oils of refining and industrial fatty alcohols for compatible oleochemical supply chains.
Products within the same customs heading may have different handling, temperature and segregation requirements.
Information required
To assess feasibility, the terminal needs a precise product identity and a clear operating profile. Complete information helps focus the review on the correct tank, transfer and heating conditions.

Vessel-linked planning
For vessel-linked storage projects, cargo documentation and operating requirements must be aligned before the movement is scheduled. Stock Sinergy reviews product identity, customs classification, quantity, temperature and transfer conditions against terminal compatibility and available capacity.
Submitting complete product details early supports a focused technical response and a more realistic storage and release programme.
